2008 Sportsman 500 not starting

I have a Polaris Sportsman 500 that when I turn the key, the lights come on and the winch works but the digital display doesn't come up and it will not start of course. Battery is new and all connections are tight and cleaned. Any advice? I'm thinking starter relay.

You didn't mention if it was a carb model or efi. If carb model could possibly be ecm related. If efi I'd go to the fuse block first. The manual has a good speedo check on the harness whether a carb model or efi that can narrow down a wiring problem in the speedo harness or a problem in the speedo itself.
