First thing I'd consider is a fuel pressure test. Must hold 39psi without any major drop in pressure or the pump could be going out.. good call on rzr fuel pump i spliced 12 volt 60 psi from mazda i think. best its ran n a year, any need for me to remove pump from tank?

All depends if you want to rebuild the pump assembly in the tank. Many have done like you and spliced into the pump wires and mounted one externally. Before efi came out with the pumps enclosed,the Rangers had the fuel pump mounted along the lower seat frame. Easy to get to and replace.Imo that's where all fuel pumps should be on the newer efi Rangers and Rzrs. Should have never been in the tank.

dead on with fuel pump on rzr replaced runs like new. u the man
