Default Camshaft question - screw missing

I pulled off the rocker cover to look at the camshaft and adjust the valves.

It looks like I'm missing a screw. Can someone please confirm? And help identify the part number? Can't find it on the parts diagram.

Only has one bolt that rides in the rocker support block. It rides in the groove of the rocker arm shaft to help keep it from moving side to side.
