2007 polaris sportsman 500 efi most of the time does not recognize park and today it didn't want to recognize reverse or park... after I drove it for 5 min it would display park and reverse. Any ideas opt?

 

Usually cause by the gear position sensor on the gear case. Clean the connections up and see if it helps. If not could be a speedo problem or the pins in the harness may need to be cleaned. They may not be making good contact.
