Just bought used had dropped and damaged flywheel. Bought new flywheel installed it buttoned it all up. When starting it with new fully charged battery cleaned all connections, but will crank slow and then stop, crank slow again then stop like dead battery or nearly dead battery even have jumper pack .. stopped when noticed solinoid smoking lil. Did get it to run for bit pull starting it, plus starting fluid.. please any ideas has new stator pick up coil

 

Probably the starter on the way out.
