Hello everyone. I am new here. This one has me stumped. So from the beginning I took my ATV to the shop they charged me 500 dollars and told me my front differential was bad. Instead of spending 2000+ to fix it we had them disconnect the front axle. Need less to say this did not fix the chugging problem it was having.
I am familar with working on small engines so I ended up taking out the fuel tank and finding a gas can lid directly below the fuel pump and filter. Put it all back together and now all I get is a click when I turn the key. The fuel pump runs for a second like normal turn the key and it just clicks. Checked the battery it's good. Replaced the starter and solenoid. Wires and fuses seem fine. I am out of ideas any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Check all connections? Load test the battery? If not a battery even though it may show 12+ volts may fail under a load test.The manual can also help rather than guessing at problems with it's trouble shooting checks and tests.2011 Polaris Sportsman XP 850 Service Manual PDF Download
