I have a Polaris sportsman 110 2016 that Boggles down and then blowed the 15 amp on charging Side does anyone know why. There are no bare wires removed the safety switch thought it was faulty and still blows fuse?

 

Try disconnecting the regulator first. Item #4 on the parts break down.You may have to eliminate components one at a time to see what's popping the fuse. Awfully new to be having problems and too new for cheaper aftermarket manuals that could help.Polaris service manuals are expensive but that may be your best bet if you can't find the source of the problem or let a dealer find it.

 

i found the problem the governor was shorting out unhooked it and does not blow fuse thanks
