2006 Sawtooth 200 intermittent spark

Default 2006 Sawtooth 200 intermittent spark
Good day,
I purchased a Sawtooth 200 that had no spark. after replacing the Stator, CDI box and coil now it will spark but only when the voltage is low and it is barely turning over. Once I charge the battery or connect a jump pack there is no spark.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Also, it sparks when I turn on the key without engaging the starter
