I have no idea. It looks a lot like a Ranger, but the Ranger's biggest engine is the same 800 that's in the RZR in video so I doubt it. I think Yanmar??? used to make the diesels for John Deere's tractors and I think Kohler used to make gas engines for the John Deere utility vehicles. Anybody???

 

Just read the engine is designed by Piaggio who owns Vespa scooters! We used to sell Vespa and the Piaggio MP3 which was a three wheeled 500 scooter that could stand straight up at stops with the push of a button,didn't have to put your foot down and could turn corners while you were almost laying down! Top speed of 100 mph!
Vespa's were great as scooters, and scooter racing is popular,but never thought they would design an engine like this! OPT
