Well one word of advice Look for a tranny that can hold that much power i am also thinking about doing that by i am planning on a 600 or 700 twin domestic in a sport frame that way you have the liquid cooling already setup, Plus remember that much power means an extended swing arm and parts failure. VOIDED LIFE INSURANCE AND A SHORT TRIP TO THE NUT HOUSE HEHEHE. Hey we still need to have fun don,t we? I want one for running in the sand a couple times a year, and just to scare myself once in a while.Lets keep in touch on this one i have the need for a white nuckle ride Too.

Let me get this right… You are putting a 800cc twin on a 99 trail blazer chassis? I am guessing that if you are not living on the edge you are not living.
If this is correct, I would like to see this or here more about it. I have a 2000 Trail Blazer and I ride with two of my brothers one brother has a Scrambler 400 and the other a Banshee. If this works I could say Banshee you’ll be looking at my butt from now on.<grin>

To What Mental Foundation do we make contributions to in your memory?... hahahaha...
It WILL be slick if it works.... I agree, transmission life will be short!!. So will Races with Banshees, DS-650's, Cannondales, Corvettes, WS-6 Firebirds, etc.....

We need more information! Do you already have the motor?
I was considering a motor swap for a Polaris chassis, but the sprockets are on the right side. Most bike motors are on the left, which would require considerable fabrication on the rear end. Let us know how it goes as you progress with the swap.

The answer to the previous questions are as follows,I don't have health or life insurance,but my wife think's it's a good idea to buy some before i finish the bike.Radiator and swing arm are custom fabbed as for transmission there is none,I put the driven clutch on a 1 inch shaft on the left side and a 18 tooth sprocket on the right running back to a 72 tooth sprocket. shaft held on by pillow blocks. my sport 400 kills banshees.
