Default any tips for piston and rings replacement TB250

rebuilding my 1st engine on a 2001 trailblazer 250 any good tips to know of? Other then using the Clymer book facts.

Default any tips for piston and rings replacement TB250

Here is a good site with pictures for a 2 stroke rebuild, very helpful. Rebuild Alos, make sure you put the rings on and in correctly, same with the head gasket, make sure all gasket and case surfaces are good and clean, and use a torque wrench for all tightening and follow tightening sequence and you should be ok. It is easy once you have done it. Good luck.
