Default Trailblazer Oil light

My 02 TB oil light keeps coming on, the throtle got very hard the push, cleaned cable and thumb mech, and cleaned are around where throttle cable connects to pump arm. Is there something plastis inside the pump or something that could have got mud inside, oil light comes on mostly at idle, but sometimes when running, seems to be adjusted properly. The manual says to open bleeder screw a few turns to let oil flow out, but does not show where screw is, I assumed it was the one that the clear oil tube is connected to and secures the round brass fitting at the end of the tube, I opened but nothing flowed. The clear line has oil in it to the carb.

I think it is the only one with a slotted head that is how it is on my machine anyway. It will be a little different on yours I think, but it should be mounted to the pump somewhere, should be the only screw that isn't a mounting screw. Here is a diagram number 3 is the air screw, hope this helps. Oil Pump
