oil in the filter

Default oil in the filter

the other day i was driving my scrambler 500. i came home from a muddy run with my friends. while cleaning it i took off my seat then looked in the air filter to see if any mud got in it but it wasnt mud it was oil and i dont know how it got down there.did this happen too any of u guys before.

Default oil in the filter

only way that could happen is if you got water in the oil and it overflowed into the air filter, check your oil level, I'm sure there is water in it, sorry about your loss.

Default oil in the filter

Ive had oil in my airbox before. If you stand it on end you can get oil leaking in there. I know that a few other scram owners have had this too

i think you are right cause i do cat walks on it alot so thats what its probally is. thanks alot
