how fast did u guys have your scrambler going

 

Decently fast....it's not going to win any speed contests but upwards of 60mph is possible. I just put a speedo on mine, I'll let you know after I get to ride it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] It'll outrun most other 4x4's

According to my Trailtech, I have had it up to about 63mph

 

99 Scrambler 500 4x4,can run 127kmh,cut d weight,cut the plastic(aerodinamish),direct exhaust,and try take out the 4x4 system,make it 2x4,can run faster but wilder.

 

Hey BigBad, did you do the calculations for the wheel size or just use the setting Trail Tech recommends for wheel size?

 

I PM'ed BigBad the same question with no response!!!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I have mine set at 1664. but I don't think it is correct, seems like I am going faster than what it says, so I am interested in that same info also.

 

i set mine to 1676,and with a dg exhaust and a few miles later 65mph

Sorry guys that I wasn't able to reply earlier. I was just finishing up the rebuild on my Harley. Plus, I have never used the PM before and just figured out how to check it. WOW, I have 17 messages.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Anywho. I followed Trailtechs instructions. I converted my 23inch tire into 584.2 milimeters. I then multiplied that by pie(3.14) which gave me 1834. That is what I have been using and it seems to be very accurate.
