700 scrambler

That doesn’t seam to be a good combo to me either. The Scrambler is already a little on the heavy side, the big twin would just make it worse. I still haven’t seen a KFX700 out on the trails yet, so I'm thinking there not a huge success story either.
I always wondered why Polaris never offered a Scrambler 400 special edition? They could have used a full race HPD motor and tweaked the suspension some, throw sand paddles on back and slicks on front. Could have easily been the fastest factory quad made.

a 700 scrambler is quite possable.... what it may look like who knows but a 700 4 stroke will fit into a 500 scrambler frame now .... i know this because i built one last jan and have been running it trouble free now for 6 months with 4 wheel drive to boot...... it is an easy build with a little trimming and some mods on 2 mounts... the stock 700 pipe fits and the wiring for the motor plugs right in... air box mods are needed and the belt cover started rubbing so i'm making a custom stainless cover right now... but it has power to spare and will turn gators on all 4 ends with out any trouble the only hard part is keepin the wheels on the ground! and who wants that anyway!

I find it quite comical that 4-Wheel Action did a shootout between the KFX 700 and a 400 Scrambler. Hmmm, let's see, ten year old model (Proves Polaris was already ahead) against a "new" quad. Duh! How do you think the test will go.
