I first had my kit put in the radiator coolinant over flowed. First ride the sleeve cracked. I just got it back and I was in first gear and I heard a bang. next thing I now my motor was seized and I was with out a Quad again. I think that Iwill just put the stock kit back in.

 

Wow man sorry to hear about that. One question...who was doing the work on it??? Sounds like they did a lousy job!

Was the factory sleave bored or was a aftermarket sleve used??

What is done to get a 580?? 2mm bore and stroke?? or what??

 

Did you get it torn down yet? Who did the mods?
