Default Throttle limiter

Is there a throttle limiter on the trailblazer to keep it from going top speed or anything? Also, whats under that cap thing on the right side of the handlebars.

I wouldn't think there's a governor of any sort on a 250TB, could be wrong though.....for the handlebars, I'd venture a guess that it's your brake reservoir, I'm not that familiar with TB's though....

If there is a throttle limiter it would be a screw with a nut coming out of the side of the thumb throttle. I don't think there is .

Nope there isn't a limiter that I know of, but check out your throttle housing well to make sure. My Scrambler had a limiter that could be set at certain places for inexperienced riders, it was at the bottom of the housing. Also, the throttle housing holds the cable assy and the ETC system. The ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) is a Polaris safety feature that cuts the spark out in the event that your throttle were to hang open in the wide open position.
