Hey moron, who cares if the yfz will beat any stock quad. I would sure hope it does after the price tag on that thing. All I am saying is I have a friend who bought a yfz and we are both into our bikes the same amount of money and my bike out performs his by far. Oh, and by the way. yfz guys don't brag about having the best bike? That is all I have ever read about any yfz owner post, including you ya idiot so quit contradicting yourself and shut up.

them yzf guys saying there atvs are the best that just an opinion. thers no way in hell i would give 6800 for a 450cc that is not any better than a predator. I think the best qaud to this date is the predator but thats just my opinion. for racing that is. For casual sport riding its hard to beat the vforce.

 

I was at competition hill on sunday and there was a Yam 450 there and he was fast didnt get to talk to him but he had at least a pipe and he was even beating the fast banshees in the first 25-30' wit h even starts they would catch him 1/2-2/3 of the way up the hill and blow by him but he killed every thing else. I just love to ride doesnt matter what brand to me just love the sport.

i beat a lot of pumped up shees with my predator the same way depends what the shees have in them. i can beat the piped and jetted shees but if they have done any motor mods they can beat me good after about 50ft. i have been riding for 28 years i can ride pretty good. i can outrun all the other predators around here except one that has ported head. i do like to drag race on flat area. i perfer hard dirt.

 

they may kick our a$$ on the track, but it aint going to kick our a$$ in the trails, remember that. they still dont wanna admit it, all they can is back up is the damn race track, and all of us polaris guys used to be able to back up the woods. but not any more, they're just jelouse because when they came out with the predaor it kicked they're A$$'s but now that the 450 came out they have something to talk about again. just wait what polaris might come out with.

 

lightman the yfz may be better on the track i dont i dont do that kind of racing. I can tell you the yfz on hard flat ground will not outrun a predator. when you hit 4 gear on the predator it will fly by the yfz and so will a raptor the yfz is to low geared. for the kind of riding i do the predator or raptor is better for me.

 

I personally like my piped YFZ better than the predator, because it's lighter, looks better in my opinion. It sits lower & runs better. And YES It beats predators all day long out at the pismo flats, Over & over & over again. I'm sure if you sink enough money in the predator you will beat it though.

 

I own a 500 predator and it is junk. It breaks something every ride. I bought the extended warranty and it is worthless. My dealer has refused to even turn it in to Polaris and says if he does, he will loose his dealership. As a company, they do not believe in customer service if they threaten to jerk a dealership over a warranty claim. DO NOT BUY A POLARIS PRODUCT
