lol Predator500, i totally agree, its freaken hilarious reading these yama owners, comming in the polaris forum, tryen to tell us the pred sucks and its slow, and their yama is faster. gives me a good laugh.

here is a note. WHO CARES, ride what you like, and who gives a rats a// who is faster, just enjoy the freaken sport. crap, some of u yama owners r acten like prepubescent school children. calm down.

if i were u(though i dont wanna b some of u...), direct this energy to try and keep ur local trails open. since most of u live in the USA. and constantly threatened most of you for closing down riding areas. i dont have to worry too much, since i live in CANADA. and have tons of riding area, with local farmers i know, and dont mind me riding on their property.

Raptor 03......where do you get off saying that East coast has no competition...now your just looking stupid.....as far as sand ....Silver Lake Michigan is 6 1/2 hour away and I enjoy riding their a few times a year....sand is fun but I also love riding moto and trails.....Cool if your a one dimentional rider, but don't even think that you can hang on the track cause you ride in the sand...your really delusional.....as far as affording a big bore kit......you have got to be kidding me! Do we really need to pull out W2's....ohh by the way that is an income statement for those Craptor riders who might confuse it with a cool new add on to waste their money on that is stock on the Predator..... and you might want to rethink that jumping statement unless you have dropped some serious cash on shocks....but I guess you already have cause money's no object right.....use some of that hard earned cash and buy a life..........see you in the sand tough guy.... Hey I'd be happy to meet you...I would love to see a 450 up close and run against it .....I have no problems with different makes of bikes, in fact none of my friends ride Predators and I have a blast riding with them. What I do have a problem with is A-- hole Craptor riders who come to Polaris forums and talk trash , call my bike junk, and expect me to take it...........but the hype that Yamaha gets is a bitter pill when Polaris comes out with a great product and gets no respect....... how long have you had your bike?.....they came out, like last week and your already sure your the fastest thing going......what was wrong with that awesome Craptor anyway was it the tranny on the handling???

Pred 500, you took the words right out of my mouth. Sand 1 must puff his/her chest out when he/she types like that. I think this is definitely proof that the Predator has the intimidation factor going. There's some nervous people out there. It's also funny how fast people forget that Daryl Rath on one of his first times out had a podium finish with a virtually stock Predator....and that was against $20,000+ plus machines. Ah yes, life in the Polaris arena is good. Happy camper!

Look at the title and the first post looks to me like the insecure ones are the predator owners!

Here are some extensive dyno readings take from it what you will! None are close to 31 HP!

Also for those of you who doubt the weight claims, try lifting a Predator or a Raptor from the front or rear then grab the YFZ, the Raptor and the Predator feel like a DS 650 compared to this quad it is that noticeable a difference!

By the way Kory Ellis pulled a Podium on a YFZ first time out against the top pros!

So refresh my memory as to who's jumping forums? I posted a side by side bar lifting with the 450 and a Cannibal (to refresh your memory, the C'dale on paper is only 25lbs. more) didn't feel a difference. You guys got smacked up side the head with the 01 Raps, I really hope it doesn't happen again. That short attention span doesn't seem to care, they all just keep following each other off the plank. Be careful.

I think a bunch of people are just hoping the tranny blows on the new YFZ-450. So they can feel
better about not getting one themself.

My 01 Rap has been fine no smacks upside any heads! No cracked frame, no 4th gear gone...oops I mean 2nd gear.

Don't worry about my memory it is plenty fresh I rode both a cannibal and a YFZ today! And lifted both, the felt very similar in weight.

About cross posting you may live in your little Polaris world I hit todays new topics and read all the new posts that interest me! I don't like to limit myself to one brand! I like reading about everything!

250, I do not in any way hope any bad luck on 450 owners. It's a great time in the industry right now, basically a re-birth. Everyone benefits from that.

660, Our little Polaris world is just peachy. No one here ever said the Predator was unbeatable. You still get these elementary IQ bearing yahoos who don't have a clue...and probably never will. There are much more constructive ways to promote events, but it's the childesh banter that probably will keep more people away from it. Can't people discuss the power output of another machine w/o someone having to climb out of their red Corvette, to brag about something else their insecure of. Ride what you want, a lot of us here are having a blast in our little Predator world. Thank you Polaris.
