I've got a 2001 sportsman that i had been having overheating problems with it turned out to be the filler neck on the radiator. It would not let the cap seal so coolant was running out the overflow. Since I put the filler neck on I have rode about 150 hard miles and have not had a problem since. hope this helps[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
