trailblazer 250 cooling fan

Default trailblazer 250 cooling fan

Has anyone ever installed a polaris engine cooling fan on there 250, I bought one from Big Buck all terrane and was wonderin if it's worth it, Thanks

I have heard to keep them above idle and they wont get too hot.I dont think it is worth it.

The fan really wont do anything because it is not liquid cooled. If everything is jetted right then you should not have to worry about over heating.

Default trailblazer 250 cooling fan

Just alittle off topic but I'm making a fan that will feed air directly into
the air intake of the clutch housing. Hopefully this will keep the belt
cooler and less belt slippage that might produce a power gain. I have
a small fan embedded in the intake now but its too small to effect
a change.
