I picked up a copy of ATV Rider magazine (AUG.2003 copy) it was the first and last time I read this one. They did a 250cc sport comparison test called "Quarter liter fury", included was the Honda 250ex, Yamaha Blaster 200, Kawi Mojave 250, & Suzuki Z250, they left out the Polaris Trailblazer 250 and I quote there reason. "The Trailblazer was eliminated simply because, when compared with the auto-clutch models, it was considered not enough fun for even the least gifted beginner- and certainly was not a quad that could stack up against a true sport-intentioned machine." I ride with 2 relatives that have a 250ex, and a recon, they prefer to ride my 2002 Traiblazer, all our machines are stock and mine is a little faster than theres.

 

how could they leave out the trailblazer when the blaster isnt even 250cc???? plus i have ridden a 250ex and it has no power!!!

 

i know i just got that magazine the the august dirtwheels. i was so mad.at least dirtwheels includes polaris models (sometimes)

 

u no ATV Sport usually always includes polaris models thats why i like there magazine check out one of there magazines one time there pretty good u learn a lot.

 

the Blaster is not a 250cc Quad but its Faster then most 250cc quads. I had a Trail Blazer and it was So Slow. I bought a Blaster After that Because its alot faster and its a good Beginner Sport Quad. The Blaster will beat a z250 and a 250ex and 300ex in a race pretty easy. I dont know how it goes up against a Kawi Mojave 250 though. I bought the Blaster over the z250 because its a 2 Stroke and its a Peppy Quad

Dude Stock VS Stock a Blaster kills a Trail Blazer with No Problem i Mean No Problem. A Trail Blazer wont even do 50 Stock. It goes like 47 max. a Blaster will do 56 and it gets there alot faster then a Trail Blazer gets to its max. If ur Modded Trail Blazer beats a Modded Blaster then ur quad has alot more mods then the Blaster does. Thats the only way

 

it doesnt go 47 stock. they guy at the shop said around 55 and when it was stock i had it going 53.

the Reason i made my Name YamahaOnly is because Yamaha Makes the Best Performance Quads in the Market and thats the make of my 2 quads that I have now. The only thing Polaris Has is the Predator and that doesnt really compare to Much in the ATV Market. I had a 2002 Trail Blazer and its Slow 47 Max. O well I dont Care. Why are we even talking about Dumb Quads A Trail Blazer and A Blaster wow there not really special.
