Default rims question?

I've heard of Polaris guys doing the same thing. Doesn't seem like it would hurt anything. I haven't done it myself. As long as the rim has a nice, flat surface on the "wrong" side where it meets the hub. Lots of guys use spacers, can't see how this would be any worse. On a 7 inch Polaris front (4+3 offset), it would move the tire out an inch on each side.

Default rims question?

It would not hurt anything but on scramblers and trailblazers if you turned the wheels backwards it would actually make it narrower. I know that one of the first things that people do to blasters is turn the front wheels around becaust it would be 4 more inches wider.
