it is hard to judge which is the "wheelie king" because most of them have clutches....thus making most of the control givin to the rider...I heard that the vforce also is a good machine to do wheelies with but then you have to have throtal control

I suppose it also depends on what kind of "wheelies" you mean. If you just mean distance, than a 400ex, Z400, 300ex, most ATC's, Warrior, Raptor, aghhhhhhhh, you get what I'm saying...any 4-stroke pretty much that has the power to get to balance point and be ridden forever. Some are obviously easier than others depending on power and weight but you get the point.

My 400ex does just fine...I think a 300ex is pretty easy too. I haven't ridden a 400 but heard how similar it is to a EX so that ones gotta be a good one. My buddies Warrior isn't bad, doesn't come up quite as easy in the higher gears, but still not bad. I haven't had any seat time on a Raptor either, but they should be pretty good, but I did hear that they tend to cut out in high wheelies.

Guess it's whatever you feel comfortable on.

Now if you're not just talking about distance, and you are speaking of good quads to do wheelie tricks on and stuff, I think a 400ex and up is a good choice cause it's nice to have plenty of power for stuff like that.

this'll sound crazzzzzy but I can wheelie my 400 sport to no end. It's not the easiest to get up, but I find using the hand brake is easier then the foot break on most quads to keep yourself in control if you go to far past your balance point

Honda ATC 350X. A friend of mine has one. The front end is so light that you can hold it up forever. Majority of the time he rides, he's doing a wheelie. He bought a Banshee and sold it because it wouldn't wheelie like the 350X. I would think any 3 wheeler would wheelie better than a four wheeler just due to the light front end.

yeah, a guy i work with bought an old 81 250r 3 wheeler. Nice bike, its all stock, right down to the 3 lug rims & factory exhaust! still goes pretty quick, but you can really pull the front end up on it!

the v-force 700 wheelies surprisingly well for being so heavy i haven't ridden one yet but i've seen quite a few people ride them for long distances.

some of you might not be able to belive this but i got a 1999 polairs trailbalzer with jsut a k7n filter and 12t front sproket and i made a bar on teh back of my grab bar to stand on and i still didnt find a single person that can bet me riding a wheelie. the longest i rode one was about 2 miles adn i was goign walking speed a good part of the way then i ran out of rode.i rode it for like 4 mins and i belive i can ride a wheelie until theres no room left to ride one.

Affirmative. 400EX is the king of balance when on 2 wheels. It seems to hold itself up. Doesnt mean I cant wheelie for just as long on my Raptor... its just easier on 400EX.

My 03 Warrior has great balance on the hind two also... but doesnt hold itself up like the Honda.
