I wan't to sell my 87 TrailBoss 250. It's in great shape, The frame, handlebars, exhaust, floorboards, rack etc. has just been repainted. The plastic is good with only small crack in the rear. The tires are good. The rims have just been repainted and the seat has a new cover. The bottom end of the engine has new seals and everything is good. It also has a new battery. I'm not sure how much to ask for this. How much would some of you pay??

 

An '87 is pretty old but if it's in good shape and older, inexpensive quads are hard to find in your area you might squeeze a grand out of it. Remember, when you sell anything it's a lot easier to lower your asking price than to raise it. Unless you need to move it fast, start high and see what happens. Kelly Blue Book says a dealer could get $1180.
