It seems like everyone around here is buying a Polaris, which is good, but wow , got my hair cut and her husband and her bought two new 325 Mags., I see a slew of new ones on trucks and trailers. mostly all Magnums and Sportsmans. The riding up here is very much utilty quad type of riding. We have the other dealers in town too, all of them. At least around here Polaris are the dominant atv. At least half of the ones i see on the trails are Polaris. I wonder if this is happening all over?

All I see around here is 400 EXs. I wish I would have bought stock in Honda in '98. As for me, I ride a Polaris and a Yamaha, love 'em both.

all i see are yamahahahas, my honda, and my buddies scrambler 500 4x4 scream past me yep the scrambler is fast, no doubt.

got a question. he recently put an high performance clutch kit in it. he took it to race it and the thing broke on him. now the pvt is making a screaming noise when he lets off the throttle. sounds kinda like a grizzlies EBS whinnin. any ideas what it could be??? we're stumped....

I was only making an observation, Being A Polaris owner, and noticing allot of new Polaris machines. I don't think i was bashing? or asking anyone's opinion on the quality of ones quad. This is the Polaris forum, which means i can say good things about Polaris.

I think ATV's are like Farm machinery if you have good reputable dealer in area you are going to see more of that brand what ever it is.Don't worry about what some one else is rideing, you may need him to pull you out someday, and you won't care what brand it is or if he has experience. We rode at MOAB hooked up with guy from AZ on FOREMAN there were times I was glad he was there to hang on the backend of my quad(500sp) as I went down something steep.I know he was glad we were along as he had problems in places. It was EASTER JEEP SAFARI week when we were there, every type of vechicle you can imagine there. They all pitched in when someone needed help. Some places the longer wheel base was the way to go,some places the shorter ones did better depends on the situation.Same with quads in places that low slung narrow HONDU will out do that big wide high sittin 500SP,then in another place the 500 will out shine the HONDU.Just be glad your out there rideing and have some place to ride, that should be the utmost concern right now.If we have no place to ride you won't beable to tell me your HONDA is more reliable than POLARIS as they'll both be sitting in the garage gathering dust!!!!!OK I'm off my soap box.The tree huggers will be happy! A lot of what you see is definitely driven by the dealer base in the area. In my immediate area, there is a good mix of Polaris, Honda, and Yamaha. These are the prominent dealers in the area. I have yet to see a Artic Cat or a Suzuki. Not that they are bad ATV's, they just don't have the dealers in the area to push them. The Polaris dealer that I bought my last ATV from sells Polaris, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha. Even though they carry all the brands, they only tend to push the Polaris, Honda, and Yamaha machines. I do not know why this is. They hardly have any Suzukis or Kawasaki's on the floor. Just my thoughts.
