ridley your a funny person. you sound like you have been beat by some stock predators. what a matter with you dont want to admit america can build the best sport atv on the markit. when you can take a 500cc machine and outrun a 660cc piped and jeted machine its fast so go blow smoke.

Modquad-nervous???LOL I would like to run something besides the yellow buses all the time. I am going to build another 4 stroke just do not know which one yet. The v-force looks like a good build to me. There was lots of talk when the predator came out and i thought a lot were going to bore them and build them. I can't find them and i go all over playing. We had around 150 built raptors/DS's/z-400/banshees at the junee races and 1 stock piped predator. The z400's were winning over the predator, although i do not know what was done to the z's. I know a couple were 440's.

Just want to see one in the flesh. Starting to think
1. the predators are not selling
2. the people buying predators used to be on utilities and "stock" is good enough
3. they do not build good.

I rode one during some dyno testing we were doing for a company and liked the quad.

Nervous?? I doubt it. I do not see any monster numbers coming out of the predator. It will take more than 6 months to TRY to catch up with the DS's and Raptors.

Duh, of course it's gonna take time to catch up. Did you ever think maybe this is more of a woods and MX machine. How many people are gonna be buying the 450 Yammi to drag. The reason you're probably not seeing them is cause they're out in the woods with the suspension, and steering, that's where they work best. I've been seeing quite a few on the trails, as well as our districts harescrambles. Broaden your horizons, drags are fun, but there's a big world out there that makes a few turns, and takes a few jumps. Explore!

I can't believe this....I have to stir the pot. Why? I unfortunately read the threads about 300 ft et times ect....from predator bashers who obviously have never take a corner or bump or had a good piece of *** in 10 years. Why can't you ride a quad farther than 300 feet? Thats where you'll get beat.

Modquad- So the hunters bought them and ordered the camo option and they are deep in the woods.

I agree there is more to it than 300 feet. After the races it is time to cruise thru the dunes. Texas does not have a trail system or even many places to ride. You would think as big as Texas is we would have a killer riding area.

Don't you have some sort of Texas ATV Association? If not, beat the tree huggers to it, and get something going.....then again, down there, they'd be dodging bullets. Did my Air Force basice and tech schooling in your state, and yup, you've got land! Wide open spaces.....no that's not just a Dixie Chicks line...friggin, pinko, commie, anti-president, singers.....

LOL. It is a shame there is no trail system around here. I see a lot of polaris 500's but they are the sportsman line.

Modquad- Are you building a predator??
