You have the factory available custom suspension (two options), custom plastic, and a custom performance engine kit. Hmmm, seems like all the bases are covered. Talk about flexibility.

Ken, or anyone else, I don't know if you noticed, but there are also pics in PolarisIndustries.com. I like the full black seat. I didn't think they would come back out with another Troy Lee Design for 2004, but they did, black & orange. I couldn't find the carbon plastic, but I did find replacement webbing for the Pure Polaris nerfs and also Pure Polaris Radiator Scoops. You didn't have anything to do with that now did you? lol I gotta get me a bobble head though, next on the list.

Just wondering if you can cut carbon fiber the same way you can cut normal plastic to make them into race cut fenders? Will you be able to smooth the edges out and make them look like a factory cut, like you can with normal plastic.

My dealer now has black plastic in stock(like the TLD's) for $285 for a complete set and I was just about ready to buy a set, but I think the Carbon Fiber would look way cooler than just normal black.

 

Ruckus, it's still plastic, it's just a hi-tech process they have of applying the image. Wow, that would be a tissue moment to race cut that stuff. Don't think I could do it.

 

Did you see they changed the friggen hubs!!!!! Now they are standard sized hubs. They better not come out with any sweet looking rims cause I would hate to have to swap out my hubs already. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

They did swtich the rims..they went to a 9" rear..doh! and damn, looks like the new pred got a black seat and new graphix..looks close to the troy lee! Damn was sweet looking quads we have!

Kinda wish the hubs where the same on my quad..damn easier to get rims!
