im looking to buy a extended swing arm but not sure what i want either a 2.5 or a 3.5 inch..most of my riding is trails and occasionally hit sand pits and ride steep hills..do you guys think a 3.5 inch will be to much for trail riding?anybody know who makes the best swingarm?

 

Try AAEN or Hotseat. With a 3.5, you may have a traction problem.

 

Along with the 2 that LT suggested, Dennis at AZ Bad Boyz http://www.users.qwest.net/~ddjshotwell/ makes a nice chromoly unit. Hot Seats is also chromoly. Aaen mods your stocker. Gotta agree with LT, also, probably stay with the +2.5".

 

what do you think about an extended swing arm for a Predator? mainly sand riding? and anyone have anything out yet?

 

I had AAen make me a +3 swingarm and it is just right for me and the HPD race kit I have.
IN New Jersey I do alot of trail riding and Sand pit riding . Most of the trails are tight ,twisty and have Many large woops(bumps). The Swing arm is just right any longer and it would make it harder to stear.
Also, The AAen swingarm has taken many Large jumps without any cracks.
