Default Need Help bad...................................

ok, I took my factory tail pipe off of my scrambler {1995 400} to clean it out so i got the water hose after it and stuck it in and now its heavy and how do i get the rest of the water out?please tell me maybe the pipe is just heavy

Yes the pipe is very heavy,there is a drain plug on the bottom of the silencer that can be removed for cleaning.

You should never have to clean it with water.Normally you just remove the plug and tap it a little and water build up is in the silencer falls out.Let it dry really good then give it a try.

Inside your factory muffler there is a packing material , what you have done is saturate it . Put it back on the quad , ride it a few hours and it will boil out - no damage done .

I have opened one of them up before to see what was inside . I am certain the water didn't hurt a thing .

thanks alot Rick, you seem to know alot about them, what kinda after market one can i put on it thats a good one?with a good sound
