Predator Good or Bad????

From what I've heard.....it's a great jumper.....wheelies are a bit more difficult due to the anti-squat suspension but I'm sure with a little practice that can be easily overcome and you could wheelie till your heart's content.

1toby1......you are traveling down the trail at 40 mph on your Predator and a 5" round tree is laying sideways across the trail. Do you pop the front end up and over the obstacle OR do you hit the tree and proceed too be taken off the trail in the direction the tree is laying. I was riding with a piped Predator owner this past weekend.....interested in your response.

If someone is riding within their skill level parameters, the Predator can easily adjust and perform however you decide to navagate an obsticle.

From my limited time on a predator i would say that a raptor and honda 400ex are easier to bring up in a wheely. As far as jumping i have never jumped a predator. They are suppose to jump well but are heavy. The predator will hold all four tires on the trail better than a raptor. The honda 400ex will handle better than either the predator or raptor.
you should look at all the quads availible. 400ex, Z-400, yzf450, raptor and the sand pig. Man there are lots of choices. I wish i had one of each.

How do you figure the Honda 400ex handles better than the Pred? You are about the ONLY person I have ever heard state that!
(And yes, this is a legit question)

There is no way a 400ex handles better than predator, a 400ex is not even close. The PRO steering setup is the best on the market and has proven itself to be very durable.
As for the predator being heavy, its a proven fact that the raptor weighs more when both quads are weighed wet.

Just ask anyone that owns a honda 400ex. They are faster and handle better than any quad out there
It has to handle great, it does not have enough power to get you in trouble.
In the limited time that i have ridden a predator i liked the way it performed. I would say it would take a lot more effort to pull the front end up at speed compared to a raptor or 400ex though.
