HMF Opinions please

Im thinking of ordering the HMF slip on for my TLD Predator and I was wondering what others thought of the HMF slip on. Would you think it would look cooler with polished, red and or normal finish on the silencer?

The HMF made a huge difference in performance on my pred...I absolutely love it. I got the brushed aluminum finish...it looks very nice. On my pred, I don't think the sound is overlyloud...but I don't know if it's the 98db at 6000 RPM that they promised me. I will get a db meter on it and let you know next week if you can stand to wait that long. If not, they make a quiet core for $35 that really quiets it down, and lets you keep 95% of your new hp. I had a hard time riding with my new pipe cause pred owners kept stopping me to compliment me on the sound, fit, and finish. Don't let the cannondale incident sway you...I've seen the same thing happen. On cannondales, the muffler sits so low...that I've actually seen them get hashed by the rear axle cause they sit so low on the chassis! That's prob. the only reason they get cracked...they are built well, and they offer a 2yr warranty on the muffler, and 10yr warranty on the packing. Really friendly company and always willing to answer your questions...give them a call!
