hpd wow

Lat night i put my hpd pipe on and all i can say i wow. It is quiter then my hotseat it dont rub the tire and the gains in low end surprised me for a 4 stroke pipe. Either this pipe is that good or my hotseat was that bad.

BTW. when i got my stuff from hpd then sent a catalog and it had dynos on it and they had a cam for the 500 with a 5 hp gain. That is ggoin to be my next performance mod.

I sure do like the HPD stuff that I bought. The pipe fits well and is reasonably quiet.
Anyone want to buy a RCR Stage 1 Kit?

CaptNemo,

Why did you ditch the RCR stage one for the HPD? What were the noticable differences in the pipes you selected.

Just curious as to why you switched,

Stevie, I have heard you say how awesome the Hotseat pipe is, then how bad it is, then how good, etc... Now you say the HPD is awesome, but you also say you can't even get it to run in another post. What's going on?

Ok i might as well explain it now so you will under stand. the hotseat pipe was better than stock excatley alot better than stock. But then the mounts broke off and if flew all the way off. So then i decided to order the hpd since you guys told me to stay away from the fmf so i ordered it and had my bike running with it on and it was running so good it was like a differt bike the low end was so good and it was even quiter than the hotseat. But then i went out that morning put the steering dampner on and was getting ready to test it out so i was letting my bike warm up then it just stalled and now it wont runn at all there is no gas getting to the carb but it will go to the dealer sometime this week and i will tell you how the pipe works for the top end the bottom end is great. So thats what is goin on.
