I have dealt with Hot Seat Performance quite a bit and have never had any problems. They have always been very professional and on time with everything. Hope this helps!

Just remember, if you order from out of state, you don't have to pay sales tax, if your state has them..... Thats almost a 10% discount for me, with state and county sales taxes...
I've had good luck with both RCR and HPD, but haven't dealt with Hot Seat, their prices are a bit higher that the others.

I don't like them.

I tried to ordered parts for my Trailblazer.

Plastic, Handle Bars, and a Bumper. They didn't carry any of it any more!

And the guy got very smart with me on the phone. I will never deal with them again!

I just called them to ask about the 38 tmx carb for my 99 sc 400. I asked and they put me on hold. after 4 minutes on hold with no noise I hung up I guess they dont need my money. so in other words "screw them"

I have purchased a pipe and a clutch kit. The service was great. I am putting both on this weekend. Hope it works as good as they have treated me.

Aaron, you must have p'ed him off about somthing. I know they still carry all of that stuff. Maybe they were just out of stock.

The aluminum bumper was made by DG. If they don't still have it, just pick up a magazine, DG has LOTS of distributors. If you were talking about the plastic bumper piece, that's also carried by Polaris.

I bought a clutch kit for my Magnum from them last summer. I talked with one of their technicians over the phone about what kit to get and what to expect from it, and I was very satisfied with their info and the kit. My experience with them was a positive one, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

They told me that they do not carry the bumper. I really wanted it. If any is familar with what the Hot Seat one looks like let me know where I can get a similar one.
