Scrambler pulling to the side?
I have a new 2002 Scrambler with about 20 hours on it and when I pulled it out of the garage the other day the handle bars were pulling hard to either side depending on the way I turned it. After a few minutes of riding this problem seemed to go away, but now when the bike sits at idle everytime I turn the handlebars side to side there is a clicking sound. Has anyone had this problem and any ideas of what it might be?

It could be your 4 wheel drive hubs not disengaging properly or a u joint problem with the front axel's. My sugestion s have someone turn the wheel while you look at the front to see where the clicking is coming from. Also look at your cv joint boots and make sure their not ripped.

Scrambler pulling to the side?
Hey I just got an 04 Scrambler. Was Ryding this weekend & felt the same thing. It was only for a minute & I think it might of been in AWD. It would pull real hard to one side, but then it Stopped & was fine.. So I don't know what it was...
So I'm going to call the dealer jus to ask...

Scrambler pulling to the side?
Well I called the Dealership that I had gotten it from. (Mark said) That the differential could of locked up. That it can happen from time to time, & they don't know why. What you do is put it in Reverse when this happens & go back for about 5-quad lengths, & It should be fine. He said it was in the Ownere's manual. Well help this helps...

this is somwhat common with polaris, but not that new, take it to the dealer & get it fixed. when the warranty expires & you have this problem, change the hub fluid. from time to time, you will have to remove the entire hub & repack it. i ride in a lot of mud & water, i get this symptom about every 500 mi. don't let it ruin your day on the trail. if it happens, just shift into reverse (in 2wd) push the reverse override button & drive in reverse for a while. this is the short term fix until you perform the work i just mentioned.
