the best tires for pulling seem to be the rawhides stock size , you want lots of wheel speed , in my opinion loading the tires is cheating unless everyone else is doing it ,and doesn"t represent our brand very well. Clutch it properly and you will do well with that machine, good luck.

Ive heard that you want to start with your weight to the rear, to get the most speed going but quickly transfer your weight to the front to get the front bite!

I talked to the organizer and he told me every atv in each class and every driver are put on a scale to be the same and rime size have to be stock, should I give it to the max from the start or avoid wheel spin then give her.

Run your tires really low air pressure...like 1-2 psi...so they wrinkle and bite! What ever your weight limit will be...get some sand bags so you can adjust on the scale. If there is a hitch height requirement...the 28" might set you too high for the hitch and if you put on your stockers, you can get more wheel spin for your clutching and get the power down. Higher wheel spin and bite will get you down the track. If you try to grip and pull...you will just burn up your clutch...you want the tires to brake loose a little or your clutch belt will burn up. And if you run a 4x4 class...yes, start your weight in the back and gradually move to the front. Displace your sand weight evenly around the quad, and when you start to lose momentum at the end...start throwing your weight on the seat and turning the bars...find new traction with the front tires...it will always help you crawl a few extra feet!

Here is a thread on pulling in the Kawasaki thread. You may be able to find some tips in there. You could also PM SHOTGUN cuz he is a Pro puller and may be able to give you tips.
