Default simple clutching question (smoking belts) HELP!!

i have the hot seat clutching and exhaust, as well as the TEAM ind. secondary roller clutch.. and since i've put this all on i have had alot of belt dust on my clutches and went through 1 belt pretty fast.. i've had this on for about 3 months and yesterday i was riding up hill and i stopped and put it into 4wd, and it wouldn't go so i gave it more gas and smoke just rolled out of the clutch cover.. this is a BRAND new belt i've ridden 1 time for about 2 hours on it.. i took the cover off and it didn't burn through the belt nor can i see where it was melting.. so how can i fix this???

i was told by hotseat that i need to have my clutches alligned.. but how can i do this??

thanks for all help
joey

I'm not an expert on this but I do know some basics. Polaris has a special tool for aligning the chivs and this is the tool you need. I don't know of any other way to do the alignment.
Hope this helps.
