Drowned the headlight pod on my 02 700, the typical fogging you would expect occures, but the AWD has been effected as well. The awd works when it wants to, intermitant problem. Can anyone tell me if I can do some creative wiring under the pod to by-pass the awd around the speedo. I'm not up to date on how the circitry works inside the speedo.

You will want to get a shop manual from your polaris dealer, there's a schematic in the back. Most of the colors are correct, but I've caught a few error's, it helps to have a tester if your doing any modifications.

 

I have a 03 sportsman 700 and awd was intermittant like yours. replaced awd switch/throttle switch
and problem solved.
