hpd pipe and jetting

Default hpd pipe and jetting

im about to buy a hpd trail pipe and just wanted to know,if the supplied jets would be good for my machine?along with the pipe my scrambler has v-force reeds&spacer and a k&n filter,directly on the carb with no airbox..thanks for the input..

I'm sure that HPD will give you the jets with the pipe. I bought my HPD pipe from RcR and he supplied the main and pilot jet for the pipe along with the needle spacer.

is that the stock carb (34mm mikuni)??

Default hpd pipe and jetting

I just put the HPD pipe, clutch kit and RCR air box mod on my 400 and I used a 270 main with a 30 pilot and an extra washer on the needle clip. It fired right up and ran good throughtout the throttle range. I'll know for sure this weekend how the jetting is.
