I bought a brand new Trail Boss 325 and I love the ride and handling.I'am just worried about the quality. I already replaced the chain, both sprockets, both front tires and stering rods (because of uneven ware)and also the belt.I replaced all this in a 8 month period.Maybe I was unlucky.Does anybody have good news about this machine

I have a 2000 Boss and have had it for about a year and have had only one problem with it. Are you keeping your chain tight and lubed?

Sounds like you have seriously out of line wheels have you checked them to see if the wheels are lined up there is an article on here on how to do it and also in your book tells you how, sorry to hear you are having problems but I really think you have some serious out of line wheels...

I also had problems with my chain, one of the chrome rollers on it broke off and it started making some really loud clicking noises. Also the tie rods on mine are goin. Other than that mine has been ok.

On mine the fan got stuck on and it was because of a wire touching another. I have had no problems other than that. Soon to have rcr power kit.

How can uneven ware on my tires be my fault?I brought the machine back to the dealer and they told me the steering rods were defictive from factory. The belt might be my fault.I pulled some heavy loads.AS for the chain and sprockets, thats a mystery. But to be fare to the machine,I did put on a lot miles in a very short period. There are some niece trails in Canada.
