you need to send the out to be done, chances for you to do them are slim to none. call carver racing their web site is:
carverperformance.comcall them i think it pretty cheap for them to do

If you're asking the question.....you better send them out. Like Jcal stated, you can send the shocks, and the rezzi kits to Carver. Really fast turn around. Also, make sure to have them remove the 1/2" top-out bumper from inside each shock. This softens the top out harshness a bit, and increases your front travel to a full 11". removing this internal stop, does that affect the life of the shock? I mean they must put it there for a reason right??

I know quite a few people who have done this mod, and no complaints. It was suggested to me by a very direct source. If you're bottoming out on a regular basis, either adjust your suspension, or maybe invest in those nifty Walker Evan's shocks that Polaris offers. Their valving seems to be geared toward the MX crowd. My own shocks will be getting the treatment soon.

I highly doubt you have the tools to do it yourself. You need needle tools, compressed nitrogen, shock oil...trust me...not a job for the unexperienced, and I guarantee that you about have to do quite a few shocks to justify the cost of the tools for the job!!

predman, almost all dealerships can do this it doesnt have to be the polaris dealer. It is going to cost you a couple hundred bucks to get them installed. Like you have been told there is know way you are able to do this at home. It is not a screw them on type of procedure it is basically a shock rebuild. Take them in somewhere.
