Personally I think premium's a wast of money, I've tried diffrent grades etc. A good grade of regular( like amoco) seems to be the best. I found with premium, the milage is SLIGHTLY better but the performance is the same.

Just remember that if you ever get the head shaved or switch to a billet head, you will have to switch to premium. You may even have to go to race gas depending on how much the head is shaved and how much compression it has.
