Default SOMEONE MUST KNOW

I put a new cylinder on my 95 scrambler 400. When i did it i replaced all the gaskets. Now when i start it, it is sucking water making it run out of coolant. The engine steams like crazy. I thought I had a bad head gasket replaced it, that wasn't it, so I replaced the head that isn't it either. I know my cylinder gasket is good. What else could it be?

It is possible that the new cylinder is cracked but the only way to check it is to remove it and have it Dye penetrant tested.
