On right is target shot at 21 feet with my homemade shotshells in .44 Mag;on the left is some 'special' stuff from a .357 but using .357 Maximum brass...those are standard sheets of paper 8 1/2"X11"

I can't tell if that's a badger, wolverine, or other. The patterns are impressive FOG. I always wondered how the .357 Max brass would do in a Mag. Now I know. It kicks butt. Another sometimes useful round is 000 Buck multi-ball loads. Remington made them with two ***** in .357 Mag but you can put 3 ***** in the Max. I have some Strike 3 ammo that puts the buckshot in CCI shot capsules so they have to use smaller pellets. It's not as good but it fills a niche.

I was a catcher in HS. Guy slid into home and didn't make it. He was walking/limping back to his dugout asking if he just ran into a truck. My pitcher yells..."yeah, it was a beer truck" And there you have it!!
