Default modquad or others with pred. clamp on filter

Thinking about going with a clamp on k&N and want to make sure I have it all straight before hand.

Part # for filter is RU-1770 or SN 2550
Part # for breather filter is 62-1010

170 main
50 pilot
3 turns out on air mixture screw

What about the needle are people lowering the clip a notch to raise it or leaving it stock?

Also, can somone give me the screw sizing to replace the carb screws with allen screws.

And anything else I am missing.

Correct on the filter. I'd make sure to get it from Hyper Racing (a mere $23). Don't get your Outerwear from them though...they claimed it was the "WR" water resistant ( I even clarified that multiple times) and I still recieved a normal Outerwear. The # for that, directly from Outerwears is WR125-6T. I actually turned my airscrew in 1/4 turn, and raised the needle ( lowered the clip position) 1 notch. Your jet sizes are what I use.

Thanks Ken, did you cut any of the spring and drill out the holes in the slide at all. I have heard to cut 4 coils off of the spring and drill out those holes but Dynojet does not do that in their stage 3 kit which makes me wonder if it is really necessary.

How about them bolt sizes I know you have them somewhere
