My swingarm broke from a roll down the mountain. It broke just before the pivot arm I had it welded with it still on the machine, but I replaced it when I had the chance to do so. A piece of mind thing, Im sure you know what I mean.

 

Got sick of waiting for my manual so I finally figured it out from the microfische drawings, but what a pain. Any tips on getting the extrusion retainer nuts off, other than pulling like the dickens? Got one mostly out, but called it for the eve cuz I had to. For those not having the 2000, this is good design by Polaris but a serious fight to remove. The extrusion nut is 16 side on the axle housing side (a guess, could be more) and hex on the other. Any poor sap out there done this one? I'd love a tip or 2. Thanx.
