Not sure who pissed in your post toasties, but why would they have oil injetion adjustment as part of the normal maintence schedule and a cable adjusment on the oil injection cable if the cable did not stretch during normal use.
If you're a dealer and can offer better info than anyone else has great. Do that. There is no need to flame somebody when they are trying to help as well.

To your response;
First I never claimed to know everthing about Polaris, thats why I called Ritter Racing, I'm here to learn.

Second; What lies are you talking about? I can't help it if the Honda/Kawi/Polaris dealer caters to Honda/Kawi's. They are the ones who told me to try ACE Hardware. A good salesman/parts person would have had me come in to match it up. I just might have if I wasn't told about ACE. Hell I could gone to almost any auto parts store.

Third; I don't care how highly recommended you are. Your in business and your in PA, me CA.

Forth; You couldn't get your THING to work. I don't know if I should feel sorry for you or not.

And besides after all this screwing around with the jetting it turns out that it is the manufactures/Polaris fault. As shown by the pictures/links above the intake manifold has a casting flah in the casting itself Its just that its taken this long, one year, to develop.

SO since I have an extended warrenty would you be so kind as to send me a new manifold
TB 250 O Ring
TB 251 O Ring

There is absolutly no fault with Ritter Racing or the services he has perform on this motor at all.

Iggysoil, ricks suggestion on the jetting will help, but what is your cranking comp. and what type of fuel are you using. As far as the guy telling you to turn up the oil pump, that is going to lean your fuel mixture down, it sounds from your discription that you need to richen it up at the lower rpms. Plus when you change the fuel to oil ratio you change the whole rpm range not just one setting.
Mr Jammer, since the oil is supplied differently than the atomized fuel out of the carburetor, just how does this lean it out? That only applies if the gas/oil mix is introduced through the carb.

Bubba, I hope I don't sound like a dumby but how is the oil injected? I understand the whole oil pump off the engine deal but is the oil mixed with the gas before the intake or is it injected after the carb? Enlighten me oh wise one. lol

They do the 350's and 400's a little differently than the 250's and 300's, but the oil is injected in along with the gas coming out of the carb. But the oil doesnt actually flow through the main jet as it would being pre-mixed with the gas, hence not altering the air to fuel ratio.
