Default Overheating 400 6x6

Well I think I've tried everything but I'm sure I'm missing something.
to start with I have tried what Muddymagnam told me to do with no luck here .This what I have tried so far.
1.)checked for mud in the fins of the Rad.
2.) checked for flow in the rad.(looks ok)
3.)checked hoses in/out of rad. (hot)
4.) checked for air bubbles in rad(no air )
5.)opened the air bleed screw on head (ok)
6.)checked for leaks (ok)

what else can I look for? One thing I have noticed is the cooling fan does not kick on as soon as my other machine does (but maybe because one is a 4stroke other is 2???) I have noticed that if I turn the machine off then turn the switch back on the fan will start up. what can I look for fan operation if any?
anyway I'm lost here. any advice would be useful.

Try pressure checking the system. Your radiator cap may be bad as well.
