lol i hear ya,when i first started my job i had to repair the excavator track and when it came time to tighten the track i had to pump in 3 tubes of grease to get it tight.i went out and bought the cordless and will never go back to pumping,i also have a air powered gun for the garage and that works just as well..

Make sure you get a lond flexable hose for it though. I personally like the Amsoil, Royal Purple, or Mobil 1 synthetic greases

I use Moly grease (Autozone, Walmart, Tractor Supply) and an air operated grease gun I got from Harbor Freight on sale for around $12 (regular price $15-20?) - beats the heck out of pumping, and the air gun was cheaper than the hand pump models.

Thanks guys.
I never thought about the air gun.
Thats the way to go. I'll stop by home depot tonight and pick one up. I'll make some calls
today to see if I can find a cordless one too. Who knew putting grease in zert fittings could
be so much fun.
