I used to have the hPD setup ant it worked really well but I needed more. I now have the AAEN pipe and I like it better but my riding style also has changed so thats why I switched. I needed most of my power on the top end. I also have the bubba porting. The next biggest gain next to a pipe is the porting. The 250 needs to breath. If you got the HPD trail pipe, agressive clutch kit, Bubba porting and a bigger carb it will scream. You wont have to worry about warriors beating you. They wont even touch you. Stock the 250 has 22hp, just adding a pipe will give you an 8hp gain, bigger carb about 2-3 hp, porting about another 5hp, mill the head for better bottom end. Dont worry about boring the cylinder untill you need to. Boring does not make that much power. If you have a wide range of riding styles then HPD trail pipe would be the best mod.
